There is so much that is not in our control as parents especially when it comes to the health and safety of our kids! The more you can learn to accept that, the better you will be able to handle it when situations come up in order to not blame yourself!

It is surprisingly simple what babies really need. All they need is to feel comforted and loved and eat. They aren’t concerned with much else. As long as you’re able to meet their basic needs, you’re doing an amazing job as a mama.
