We do! We currently offer free shipping on all domestic orders over $125.
Our orders typically ship between 1-4 business days of your purchase.

Once you have received a shipping confirmation, please allow approximately 3-5 business days for delivery.
We want to apologize to anyone outside of the US, our international shipping is currently down but we are working tirelessly to resolve the issue with even better shipping rates soon! Please let us know if this is you so we can mark it on your account and inform you as soon as its back up!
If your shipping confirmation and tracking number have reported a successful delivery but you have not received your goumi goodies please contact USPS at 1-800-222-1811.
As a small company please understand we trust our shipping service providers to deliver your packages. We cannot take responsibility for lost/missing packages that have been successfully delivered to the shipping address provided with your order. Please contact your carrier, as they can check the geotag of the delivery scan and escalate an investigation on your behalf. We do not issue refunds on lost packages.
If your package tracking has stalled while in transit, making a personal claim with USPS is the best route.

Once your order has been shipped, goumikids will send you a shipping confirmation email and tracking number.
