Returned items that were purchased during a Flash Sale are final sale only. Items purchased using a Black Friday coupon code are eligible for in-store credit only. Items purchased from the sale category and masks are final sale only.
Mail in:head over to our Returns & Exchanges page here. Fill out the Order Number and Zip Code fields. Select the item(s) you’d like to return and specify the return reason(s). Select your refund preference. Select your label provider, print and attach to your package. For USPS, return packages can be placed in your mailbox. For other providers, drop off your package at a convenient location.

THE FINE PRINT:
We want you to love your Goumi goodies as much as we do and are happy to accept a return of your purchase on unused, unwashed items within 45 days of your arrival date for US and international customers.
We’ve partnered with Happy Returns to allow for quick, easy, and sustainable in-person returns across the US. All eligible returns are accepted at Happy Returns Bars. You can initiate your Happy Return here.
You’ll need to provide your zip code and the order number, which can be found in your original confirmation email. Happy Returns will email you a QR code and Express code to provide at your local Happy Returns Bar.
All customers are required to start a return online and present either a QR code or express code when returning items in person. Once you receive the QR or Express Code via email, you can drop your return off at any participating Happy Returns location. If you experience issues starting your return online, please contact Happy Returns Customer Support directly at (877) 750-4888.
Please note that all returned items must be unaltered and must include all tags the item came with. If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at email@example.com and we will gladly help you. Happy Returns cannot process defective or incorrect items.
Returns and exchanges for purchases are welcome within 30 days of shipment. All items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and still have any tags attached. You can start the process here.
Please note that all items marked as sale, final sale, purchased with a “sale” banner, items purchased during a flash sale, masks, and items purchased at 50% off are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Returned items that were purchased using a Black Friday coupon code are eligible for in-store credit only. Funds will not be returned to your account until the product is received at our facility and found to be in new, unused condition. This can take up to 15 business days. Any item received that is not in new condition will not be refunded and the customer will be responsible for covering the shipping cost to send the item back to them if they choose to keep it.
FOR SUNBONNETS + BANDIT BONNETS ONLY: Changed your mind, or need a different size? We don’t currently offer exchanges, however we’re happy to accept returns for store credit on unwashed/unworn bonnets with their original tags within 60 days after the item has been delivered.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer; original shipping charges may not be refunded. Once we’ve received your returned item, you will be issued a store credit for the original purchase amount.You are welcome to purchase a replacement item at any time; on popular items, we recommend placing a replacement order as soon as possible to ensure the item you want does not sell out. If you purchase a replacement item before we’ve received your return, please contact us and we will gladly refund your original order in lieu of a store credit. Please note that we are not able to reserve inventory for pending or in-transit returns.
All other new and unworn and unwashed items are eligible for an exchange within 60 days after order date. If your desired size/style is not available at the time of your return, we are happy to offer an alternative, or you will be issued a store credit.

All of our limited and seasonal collections are made in limited quantities to avoid overproduction (a leading cause of waste in the fashion industry) and are often not restocked after their initial launch. Our staples are restocked quarterly and as needed.
