We know wearing a mask is uncomfortable.  We created the goumi mask to help make this unfortunate task easier, softer and more fun.  The two-layer goumi mask is a non-medical face coverings for a soft comfortable daily use.  The washable and reusable design can be washed and disinfected after each wear.

  • Covered nose band
  • Luxuriously soft inside fabric 
  • Naturally antimicrobial-bamboo fibers have natural anti-fungal and antibacterial properties that protect the plant as it grows in nature. The fiber has a hollow structure that makes it much more capable of regaining and evaporating water keeping the user comfortable and dry.
  • Trim and ear loops are made with latex-free stretch bamboo binding

 This face mask is NOT meant to replace a surgical face mask or an N-95 respirator or equivalent protection device. Our masks do not ensure against virus infections, but instead are a useful and recommended tool for personal safety as well as consideration of others in public places.  Note that mask use by individuals under 8 years old requires adult supervision. Recommended for Ages 3+ up

We recommend diluting liquid or powder detergent in warm water, submerging the mask in the solution and agitating it for 30-50 seconds to life dirt and body soils before allowing it to soak for 20 minutes.   Then, rinse throughly and air dry (in sunlight if possible). When hand washing masks, be careful not to overuse detergent and rinse will so that there is no detergent residue that could irritate skin.

  3. Select the item(s) you’d like to return and specify the return reason(s).
  4. Select your refund preference.
  5. Select your label provider, print and attach to your package. 
  6. For USPS, return packages can be placed in your mailbox. For other providers, drop off your package at a convenient location.

Please note there will be a $4/per item restocking fee when using a Return Bar. This fee includes the cost of shipping.

We want you to love your Goumi goodies as much as we do and are happy to accept a return of your purchase on unused, unwashed items within 30 days of your arrival date for US and international customers.

We’ve partnered with Happy Returns to allow for quick, easy, and sustainable in-person returns across the US. All eligible returns are accepted at Happy Returns Bars. You can initiate your Happy Return here.

You’ll need to provide your zip code and the order number, which can be found in your original confirmation email. Happy Returns will email you a QR code and Express code to provide at your local Happy Returns Bar. 

All customers are required to start a return online and present either a QR code or express code when returning items in person. Once you receive the QR or Express Code via email, you can drop your return off at any participating Happy Returns location. If you experience issues starting your return online, please contact Happy Returns Customer Support directly at (877) 750-4888.

Please note that all returned items must be unaltered and must include all tags the item came with. If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at  and we will gladly help you. Happy Returns cannot process defective or incorrect items.

Returns and exchanges for sale purchases are welcome within 30 days of shipment. All items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and still have any tags attached. You can start the process here.

Please note that all items marked as final sale, purchased with a “sale” banner, items purchased during a flash sale, masks, and items purchased at 50% off are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Returned items that were purchased using a Black Friday coupon code are eligible for in-store credit only.

Funds will not be returned to your account until the product is received at our facility and found to be in new, unused condition. This can take up to 15 business days. Any item received that is not in new condition will not be refunded and the customer will be responsible for covering the shipping cost to send the item back to them if they choose to keep it.
