We accept a return of your purchase on unused, unwashed items within 30 days of your arrival date for US and international customers.
To return a product to goumikids, follow the simple process below:
Forward your order confirmation email, along with reason for return, to hello@goumikids.com.

Funds will not be returned to your account until the product is received at our facility and found to be in new, unused condition, and in original packaging. This can take up to 15 business days. Any item received that is not in new condition will not be refunded and the customer will be responsible for covering the shipping cost to send the item back to them if they choose to keep it.
Sale items may be returned for store credit only.
goumikids will not be held responsible for returned items lost in transit. we highly recommend returns be sent via a traced and insured shipping method.
