Use a string + ruler or soft measuring tape to measure bust circumference (under the arms at the fullest part of chest) + length (from top of shoulder next to neck down to upper hip level) + sleeve length (from base of center back neck to wrist) in order to determine the correct size. Please note that actual garment measurements are provided above  - not body measurements. Size up for a looser fit as desired. Our products are pre-shrunk but some shrinking still may occur with home laundering.
