Returns & Exchanges
Needing to return or exchange?
We are happy to help! All you will need to get started is your order number and shipping zip code.
You can find your order number on your confirmation email or your packing slip. Let’s get started!

How to:
- Securely pack items in the original packaging.
- Drop off your package within 28 days to your nearest carrier location.
- Select the item(s) you’d like to return and specify the return reason(s).
- We’ll issue you a refund, gift card, or exchange once we approve your return.

THE FINE PRINT:
Please make sure all items are returned with tags, in the original packaging, unused, and unwashed within 30 days of the fulfillment date for US customers.
We’ve partnered with Redo to allow for quick and easy returns/exchanges.
You’ll need to provide your zip code and the order number, which can be found in your original confirmation email or the packing slip that came in your package. If you have a gift return and do not know this information please reach out to us at hello@goumikids.com.
Please note, when making a return or exchange there will be a fee for the shipping label and for a handling fee. As much as we would love to be able to offer free returns and exchanges, as a small mama-owned company we are unable to do so at this time.
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at hello@goumikids.com or submit a return through the portal and select damaged or wrong item as the return reason and we will gladly help you.
Please note that all items marked as final sale, items purchased in a Second Chance, Black Friday or Year End sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges and are final sale.
Funds will not be returned to your account until the product is received at our facility and found to be in new, unused condition. This can take up to 15 business days. Any item received that is not in new condition will not be refunded and the customer will be responsible for covering the shipping cost to send the item back to them if they choose to keep it.
