Where is my confirmation email?

An order confirmation email is sent automatically when an order is placed. After confirming that your order confirmation email did not go to your spam/junk folder and you believe you are missing it, we would be happy to assist if you contact us at hello@goumikids.com

Our sizing matches the industry standard and leave room for your babe to grow. We have a size chart here, to help you choose the right size.

I misordered can I change something?

Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to edit your order after it is placed. Please also, make sure your shipping details are correct as we are not be able to edit these once your order has been processed.

Can I cancel my order?

An order cannot be modified or cancelled once placed.

Do you do price adjustments?

We cannot make price adjustments to orders placed before or after our special sales.

We work Monday through Friday from 9am-5pm PST

Goumi is located in Portland, Oregon! Our remote team can be found in Oregon, North Carolina, and China.

I think my order is lost or stolen. What do I do?

If your shipping confirmation and tracking number have reported a successful delivery but you have not received your goumi goodies please contact USPS at 1-800-222-1811.

Or if you purchased Route insurance, refer to your Route email confirmation with instructions on filing a claim.

As a small company please understand we trust our shipping service providers to deliver your packages. We cannot take responsibility for lost/missing packages that have been successfully delivered to the shipping address provided with your order. Please contact your carrier, as they can check the geotag of the delivery scan and escalate an investigation on your behalf. We do not issue refunds on lost packages.
