Accessibility Statement

Goumi Kids is devoted to ensuring that goumikids.com remains accessible and compliant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA, ADA, and Section 508 standards. Accessibility is an essential part of our design and QA lifecycles.

Our Accessibility Process

We collaborate with TestParty, a comprehensive digital accessibility software platform, to test, monitor, and remediate accessibility barriers. TestParty's automated audits and manual validation help address issues including but not limited to missing alt text, color contrast, and keyboard focus.

Ongoing Compliance and Monitoring

Our accessibility program includes recurring automated scans, manual assistive-tech testing, and remediation updates to support long-term ADA website compliance and WCAG 2.2 conformance.

Third-Party Content and Embedded Services

We occasionally use third-party tools and plugins for enhanced functionality such as payments or media. Although we cannot guarantee their full accessibility, we collaborate with these vendors to encourage improvement and conformance with WCAG and Section 508 guidelines.

As part of our continuous improvement process, we are addressing the following issues caused by third parties:

  • The Quick Change Rompers Collection page has nested-interactive issues caused by Redo
  • Vertex's platform has link-name issues
  • The Default Product page has aria-required-attr, color-contrast, and aria-allowed-attr issues caused by Yotpo
  • The Grow With You Footie Collection page has target-size issues caused by Restock Rocket
  • Yotpo's platform has region issues
  • The Wholesale page has frame-title issues caused by Faire
